With a deep passion for the sea, she has honed her skills through diverse roles on various vessels, from cargo ships to heavy lift vessels. Her hands-on experience has shaped her into a resilient and adaptable professional, skilled in everything from navigation to safety protocols.

Beyond her work at sea, Marianne is an active and engaged member of the maritime community. She plays an influential role in shaping the future of the industry through her involvement with WISTA Belgium and her contributions to the Alumni Board of the Antwerp Maritime Academy (AMA). Her leadership and advocacy in these organizations reflect her commitment to advancing the maritime world and fostering a more inclusive, sustainable industry.
